I’m a former professional racing driver and motorsport leader, embarking on a new chapter in 2026 by transitioning from the cockpit into senior management. While retiring from full-time competition, I continue to race selectively for passion.
I built a pioneering international career – from karting and single-seaters to becoming the first female driver to win a German Formula 3 race, before signing my first professional contract with Audi Sport in DTM in 2011 and competing worldwide at the highest level of GT racing until 2025. Alongside driving, I served as Managing Director within the Iron Dames project since 2019, overseeing talent scouting and program development. This is a quality that combines driving and business. Not many drivers can do it.
In 2026, I take on the role of Sporting Director at Belgian team WRT, combining my competitive mindset with operational and leadership expertise.
My mission is clear: to turn experience into opportunity and passion into long-term success. Accustomed to taking responsibility, I lead with performance and determination, and am excited to inspire and motivate more women in motorsport, helping them establish themselves as competent, long-term professionals in the industry.
